2. Appointments & Bookings

 

2.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate so we can reach you with booking updates or reminders.

 

2.2 Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a full appointment fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to practitioner illness or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.3 Fees & Payment

 

Fees for treatments are displayed on the website or will be confirmed when booking.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

We may review and adjust fees periodically - updated prices will always be clearly displayed before you book.

 

3. Treatment & Clinical Care

 

3.1 Consent to Treatment

 

By attending an appointment, you consent to osteopathic assessment and treatment. Your practitioner will explain:

  • What the treatment involves

  • Any potential risks

  • Alternatives (if applicable)

 

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

 

3.2 Medical Information

 

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and any medications to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.

 

3.3 Clinical Records

 

We keep treatment notes in accordance with professional and legal requirements.

 

These are confidential and stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Your Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments

  • Follow reasonable clinical advice

  • Inform us of any changes to your health

  • Pay fees due for services provided

 

If your behaviour is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment.

 

5. Our Responsibilities

 

We will:

  • Provide care with reasonable skill, safety, and professionalism

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect your personal information

  • Offer treatment only where clinically appropriate

  • Refer you to another healthcare provider if needed

 

We are regulated under the relevant professional and legal frameworks for osteopathic practice in the UK.

 

6. Insurance & Third‑Party Claims

 

We may be able to assist with insurance claims or provide receipts for reimbursement.

However:

You remain responsible for payment of your treatment fees.

Any claims to insurers are between you and the insurer.
