Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate so we can reach you with booking updates or reminders.
2.2 Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a full appointment fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to practitioner illness or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Fees for treatments are displayed on the website or will be confirmed when booking.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

We may review and adjust fees periodically - updated prices will always be clearly displayed before you book.
